Scripps Ranch Little League is a baseball organization for children of league age 5 to 18 who live in the 92131 zip code. We have a Spring and a Fall season. Registration for the Spring season starts in November and evaluations (tryouts) for MAPs through Juniors divisions are held in January. Teams are chosen at the end of January, and practices start in February. Games are played from early March through early-to-mid June. Our Seniors (ages 14-16) and Big League (ages 17-18) divisions have assessments and team creation in May. Scripps Ranch also has a Challenger Division for children LA 5-18 with physical and mental disabilities. Registration for the Fall season (also known as Fall Ball or Winter Ball) is in July/August. Teams are chosen and start practices in September and the season runs from October until the middle of November. Our Registration page explains how a child's league age is determined and gives the age ranges of the children in the different divisions and more information on how and when to register. Additional contact information can be found in the Contact Info area. SRLL Opening Day is March 4th Pictures will start as early as 7:15 am and run until just before the Parade of Teams. The line up for the Parade of Teams will take place at 10:30 am. A full day of food and fun has been planned. Check back here and watch your email for more details.

Scripps Ranch Little League Partners with the San Diego Padres The San Diego Padres Little League initiative aims to outfit up to 10,000 San Diego Little League baseball players with Padres uniforms. Scripps Ranch Little League has chosen to participate for the 2012 Spring season and all divisions from T-Ball through AAA will be outfitted with brand new hats and jerseys (26 different uniform variations were made available). All of the teams in each division will be the Padres, but they will all represent different eras in Padres history.

If you have questions please contact the SRLL Chief Scorekeeper. SRLL Padre Day is May 6th This year the SRLL Padre Day at Petco Park will be a game against the Miami Marlins. The game will be Sunday, May 6th at 1pm. Tickets will be $15 each and the seats will be located in Lower Right Field. This is also San Diego Little League Day, more information about this will follow in the coming weeks. SRLL Padre Day Flyer 2012 Little League Bat Rules Changes Little League International has provided an update to their Bat Rules for the 2012 Season. Please take a minute to read about the changes. You can read about them here: Little League 2012 Bat Rules They have also created a new web page that has the the latest bat information, including the 2012 Little League Baseball rules and regulations governing bats, definition of terms, the moratorium on the use of composite bats, and a series of frequently asked questions, with answers. Spring 2012 Registration Registrations for ages 8-12 (Majors, all Minors, and MAPs) will be accepted on a space available basis with a $30 late fee.

Registration for ages 13-14 (Juniors) is still open with no late fee.
Players ages 15-18 (Seniors and Big League divisions) can register through May without a late fee.
