DEPOSIT OPTION (Check Box below) You have the option to submit a seperate $65 check for each child that you will get back when you work the concession stand.  These checks will be collected at uniform distribution day ONLY.  You will not be able to pay these online.  Your Team Mom will advise you of the available dates to work the stand and will also organize the collection of deposits on uniform distribution day.

You can choose to buyout instead of working the concession stand.  You pay $60 per player with a maximum of $170 for three or more players and you will not need to work in the concesssion stand . To accept this option, please leave the boxes empty

NOTE: Big League ( boys 16-19 years of age) are not required to work a concession stand shift nor buy out.
